At the end of the day, I am more than a business owner – I am a SOCIAL WORKER and an injustice to anyone is an injustice to all… and right now there are a lot of injustices happening in our country.

This Administration has been attacking everyone and everything and it makes it hard to know where to focus. In our social services organization we have a few fights that we are focused on:

-We are proud that our business is 100% woman owned and led. We believe that promoting gender diversity in the workplace is critical to our success.
– We are proud that we support many transgender and nonbinary individuals in services, as members of our team, and also as loved ones. We believe in the right for everyone to exist as they are without government intervention.
– We are proud that our company provides critical safety net services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities funded by Medicaid. We believe that it is our responsibility as a community to provide care and support to those most in need.
– We believe in advocacy and social justice. We are proud members of Alliance and also of the Colorado Alliance Political Action Committee.
